What will you need to do?
Being a residential address provider involves a few simple responsibilities:
- Authorize address use: Permit the agreed use of your residential address under the provider agreement.
- Notify us about incoming mail: Let us know through WhatsApp or email when mail arrives.
- Assist with mail handling: You may be asked to identify the sender, open mail as instructed, or forward it to us.
- Follow the agreed procedures: Complete the required onboarding documentation and follow our instructions for handling mail.
We'll explain the process and expectations before you get started. You won't be acting as a representative or agent for the recipient. Your responsibilities are limited to the activities agreed upon in your provider arrangement.
Who can apply?
We're welcoming applications from residents of Canada and the United States who:
- Have a residential address that meets our program requirements.
- Have the legal authority to authorize the proposed use of their address.
- Can notify us when mail arrives and follow mail-handling instructions.
- Are comfortable communicating with us through WhatsApp or email.
